Your responsibilities will be:
- Proactively secure new business opportunities in untapped OT markets.
- Foster partnerships to boost business growth and revenue channels.
- Maintain high-level contacts with potential enterprise clients, understanding their needs to create tailored solutions.
- Develop and execute strategic account plans focused on new client acquisition.
- Navigate the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing, with compelling value propositions.
- Build and cultivate a robust partner network to enter new markets.
- Negotiate and close high-value contracts for long-term engagement and revenue growth.
- Deliver precise regional sales forecasts and achieve sales targets, focusing on new accounts.
What we need from you:
- + 10 years of field sales experience, with a focus on solution selling in innovative SaaS, IoT, Virtualization, or Cloud technologies within complex enterprise environments.
- Proven success as a "Hunter" in sales, with a track record of finding and closing new business.
- Experience with OT systems (e.g., SCADA, PLCs, DCS) and industry-specific certifications (e.g., CAP, CISSP.
- Knowledge of OT cybersecurity best practices and regulatory compliance (e.g., NERC CIP, IEC 62443.
- Strong collaboration skills with engineering and IT teams for solution integration.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, adept at complex negotiations and sales strategies.
- Willingness to travel up to 50% for market opportunities.
