Who are we looking for?
We seek a Sales Manager located in any major city in UK, native in English, and with additional language skills being a bonus. This role is critical for driving new business, forging essential customer and partner relationships, and surpassing sales goals through strategic initiatives. A "Hunter" mindset is key, with a laser focus on opening new avenues for revenue and expanding our market share.
Your responsibilities will be
- Proactively hunt and secure new business opportunities, expanding Barbara's footprint within untapped markets.
- Foster new partnerships, leveraging collaborations to boost business growth and expand revenue channels.
- Establish and maintain high-level contacts with potential enterprise clients, understanding their needs to create tailored opportunities.
- Devise and execute comprehensive strategic account plans, with a strong emphasis on new client acquisition to significantly bolster the business pipeline.
- Navigate the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing, employing strategic discussions, product demonstrations, and delivering compelling value propositions.
- Construct and cultivate a robust partner network, pinpointing and engaging with potential allies to facilitate entry into new markets.
- Strategically negotiate and close high-value initial contracts to secure a foothold that promotes long-term engagement and revenue expansion.
- Deliver precise regional sales forecasts and consistently achieve sales targets, with a particular focus on the acquisition of new accounts.
What we need from you
- A decade of field sales experience with a proven specialty in solution selling, ideally in innovative SaaS, IoT, Virtualization, or Cloud technologies within complex enterprise environments.
- Demonstrated success as a "Hunter" in the sales field, with a consistent track record of finding and closing new business.
- Adept at managing a results-driven sales process, quickly moving from prospect qualification to commitment.
- Preferred experience with early-stage startups or introducing cutting-edge solutions within established firms.
- Superb communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle complex negotiations and sales strategies.
- Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time to engage with new prospects and seize market opportunities.
