We’re looking for a Marketing Specialist to join our team and help shape and execute our marketing and communication strategy. This role is ideal for a junior/mid-level profile (around 3–4 years of experience) who is eager to grow, take ownership, and make a real impact.

Who are we looking for?

We’re looking for a Marketing Specialist to join our team and help shape and execute our marketing and communication strategy. This role is ideal for a junior/mid-level profile (around 3–4 years of experience) who is eager to grow, take ownership, and make a real impact.

You’ll work closely with the VP of Marketing, collaborating on strategy definition while being responsible for executing a large part of the plan. We value curiosity, adaptability, and a hands-on mindset — someone who feels comfortable navigating uncertainty and is always ready to bring fresh ideas to the table.

Previous experience in B2B marketing is required; experience in industrial or deep-tech environments is a strong plus, though not mandatory. A genuine interest in learning the technical details of our product is essential to communicate its value clearly and effectively.

What you’ll do

  • Collaborate with the VP of Marketing to define and evolve the marketing and communication strategy aligned with business objectives.
  • Execute the marketing plan across different channels (content, web, campaigns, events, partnerships, etc.).
  • Create and coordinate content such as blog posts, case studies, presentations, newsletters, and sales enablement materials.
  • Support product marketing initiatives: value propositions, messaging, and go-to-market activities.
  • Work closely with Product and technical teams to understand the product and translate complex concepts into clear, compelling messages.
  • Manage and continuously improve our digital presence (website, social media, email marketing, etc.).
  • Monitor performance metrics and contribute to reporting and analysis to optimize campaigns and initiatives.
  • Proactively propose new ideas, formats, and experiments to improve brand awareness and lead generation.

What you’ll bring

  • 3–4 years of experience in a marketing role, preferably in B2B environments (startup or tech experience is a plus).
  • Experience participating in both marketing strategy and execution.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex or technical topics.
  • Curiosity and willingness to learn about technical products, especially in industrial or deep-tech contexts.
  • Hands-on experience with common marketing tools (CMS, email marketing platforms, analytics tools, CRM, etc.).
  • Ability to manage multiple initiatives at once and prioritize in a fast-changing environment.
  • Comfortable working in English (intermediate to advanced level).

Bonus points

  • Experience in industrial, IoT, Edge Computing, AI, or cybersecurity-related sectors.
  • Familiarity with product marketing or go-to-market strategies.
  • Basic understanding of SEO, performance marketing, or marketing automation.
  • Experience collaborating closely with sales or product teams.
  • Experience using Hubspot as a marketing automation tool and CRM.
