UX/UI Designer

Madrid

We’re looking for someone who can move fast without breaking design integrity, grow alongside senior teammates, and actively help make the product more usable and cohesive every week. You’ll work closely with Product, Engineering, and Marketing.

‍

‍

Who are we?

We're a deep-tech company, specialised in Industrial Cybersecure Edge Computing. Our purpose is clear: to merge the realms of Edge Computing and Artificial Intelligence (AI) and reshape industries. With a track record of 6 years, we've engineered a suite of products that empowers our clients to accelerate secure, data-driven decision-making.

Our roots are Spanish, and we're backed by notable investments from Iberdrola, Caixa Capital Risc, GoHub, Bizkaia Seed Capital, and SPRI. With offices in Bilbao, Madrid, and Valencia, our influence extends internationally. Our clientele spans energy, logistics, water management, and other Industry 4.0 companies.

Your responsibilities will be

  • Design user flows and interfaces for new and existing features based on product and technical requirements.
  • Contribute to and maintain our design system, ensuring consistency and usability across screens and states.
  • Work iteratively and fast, balancing quality with pragmatism — you understand when to aim for 90% now and refine later.
  • Collaborate on handoff with developers for efficient implementation.
  • Proactively suggest improvements to flows, patterns, and processes — you’re curious, opinionated in a constructive way, and not afraid to challenge assumptions.
  • Occasionally deliver branding-aligned visual assets for marketing campaigns and communication materials — ensuring consistency with the product’s design system and visual language. Collaborate with the marketing team to adapt UI components or layouts for use in ads, landing pages, and social content, maintaining a cohesive brand experience across product and marketing touchpoints.

‍

What you’ll bring

  • 1–3 years of experience as a UX/UI or Product Designer (startup or digital product experience preferred).
  • Strong working knowledge of Figma (components, variants, auto-layout, prototyping, design tokens).
  • Some experience working with or contributing to a design system (doesn’t need to have built one from scratch).
  • Understanding of end-to-end UX process: requirements → wireframes → hi-fi designs → handoff → QA.
  • Comfort working from technical specs or user stories, not just creative briefs.
  • Eye for detail and consistency in spacing, typography, and hierarchy.
  • Basic understanding of responsive design and accessibility principles.
  • A collaborative mindset — open to feedback, comfortable working closely with PMs, engineers, and senior designers.
  • Fluent in iterative design: shipping small improvements, validating, and refining.
  • Strong visual skills, able to apply brand guidelines, and comfortable using Figma to produce export-ready assets that extend the product’s design language into marketing materials
  • Comfortable writing and communicating in English (intermediate to advanced level)

‍

And you will shine if you have…

  • Experience with component documentation or Figma libraries.
  • Exposure to UX writing, empty states, and microinteractions.
  • Familiarity with design handoff tools (Dev Mode in Figma).
  • Interest in research— you ask “why,” not just “how”.
  • Understanding of HTML, CSS, Javascript

‍

Your colleagues say you are…

  • Curious and pragmatic: balances aesthetics with real-world constraints.
  • Detail-oriented but fast: cares about polish, but knows how to prioritize.
  • Collaborative: thrives in critique and team discussions.
  • Proactive: contributes ideas and insights.

‍

What to expect

  • A young, dynamic company in a phase of expansion.
  • Working with cutting-edge technologies like Edge Computing, Artificial Intelligence and Cybersecurity – an exciting environment for continuous learning.
  • Collaboration with an experienced entrepreneurial team.
  • A flexible and comfortable work environment to balance with your studies and personal life.
  • A highly skilled technical team with a healthy, respectful, and close relationship among its members.

‍

Show me the benefits!

  • Flexible working hours.
  • Work from home policy.
  • Extra vacation day for your birthday.
  • Gympass.
  • Flexible Compensation Plan according to your needs.
  • We love BBQs on the terrace and a good party.
